Direct coaching with individuals newly promoted into leadership roles or identified as candidate for a future leadership role
Six-month coaching agreements
Four in-person or video/phone sessions per month, each for 1-2 hours ( based on client’s needs). Sessions are focused on established objectives and outcomes.
Availability to speak with coach on an “as needed basis “ for advice and support with employee relations, strategic developments within the job scope, or other areas within the coaching agreement.

We work closely with two partners to provide behavioral assessments through certified coaches, giving you confidence that you’re receiving information that will guide you and your team to a better workplace.
