Executive and Career Coaching

Humnly’s Executive and Career Coaches are passionate about helping individuals enhance their awareness, understand their own tendencies and identify growth opportunities that can impact both their professional and personal relationships.

  • Direct coaching with individuals newly promoted into leadership roles or identified as candidate for a future leadership role

  • Six-month coaching agreements

  • Four in-person or video/phone sessions per month, each for 1-2 hours ( based on client’s needs). Sessions are focused on established objectives and outcomes.

  • Availability to speak with coach on an “as needed basis “ for advice and support with employee relations, strategic developments within the job scope, or other areas within the coaching agreement.

  • Live 360 feedback

  • Behavioral Assessments ( Everything Disc or PI)


Behavioral Assessments

Humnly’s behavioral assessments offer valuable information about a candidate’s or current employee’s workplace attitudes, behaviors, skills, and abilities.

After decades working in HR, we’ve identified the most useful and reputable assessment tools in the marketplace. We work closely with two partners to provide behavioral assessments through certified coaches, giving you confidence that you’re receiving information that will guide you and your team to a better workplace.

Our behavioral assessments include up to two hours of HR feedback, and we offer assessments in the following areas:
